At the present time GRASS exists solely to collect and provide a forum for ideas related to a new stadium in Austin. It is hoped that by encouraging dialogue and reviewing best practices from other cities we can ultimately build a modern facility that will serve as a focal point for development to include new retail, office space and possibly housing.
